Paddle Boarding – It’s time to try it!  It will give you a new and unique perspective literally!  From an SUP you can truly appreciate the amazing beauty of the Basin’s diverse surroundings, including wetlands, woodlands and wildlife.  SUP is fun and easy to learn but like anything new – it can seem pretty foreign at first.  Not to worry, your ROE guide will be there to guide and encourage you from getting on to your first “steps” walking on water.  And  if you fall in, a paddleboard is like a huge life preserver!  You just crawl back on and stand up again!

The Klamath Basin is a perfect place to get your feet wet.  With lots of calm water paddling locations we have some great places to help you get started.  Our go to spot is Malone Springs on the Upper Klamath Trail.

. This 15,000 acre freshwater marsh offers a glimpse into the reasons why the Upper Klamath National Wildlife Refuge was established in 1928. A true jewel of our area, paddling The Trail is a treat you should not miss while in the area. The water is calm with a little movement. Birds, beaver lodges and beautiful views are highlights.

Our tours will have you paddling for about 2 hours but give your self about four hours to enjoy this tour from departure to return.  Give us a call with questions or if you’d like to reserve a tour.
